Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Trauma Centre, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance trauma care services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to trauma centre activities.
  • Organize and support meetings, training sessions, and events related to medical affairs and trauma care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of administrative processes, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide support in budget management and resource allocation for the Trauma Centre.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical affairs, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in trauma centre operations or emergency medical services is a plus.
