Responsibility
- Provide high-quality medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans aligned with evidence-based medicine and holistic health principles.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, therapists, and wellness coaches to develop integrated care plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretations.
- Prescribe and monitor medications, supplements, and lifestyle interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and wellness optimization.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with local and international standards.
- Stay updated on emerging medical research, holistic therapies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in community health initiatives, workshops, and wellness programs to promote public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in general practice, internal medicine, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based medicine with an open-minded approach to integrative/holistic health.
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience working in multicultural environments or with international patients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital health records (EHR) and telemedicine tools.
