Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care, providing expert advice on medications, dosages, and health products.
- Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy staff to enhance performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, stock levels, and financial transactions using pharmacy management systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and foster strong community relationships.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist License in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage guidelines, and patient counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and implement growth strategies.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
