Responsibility
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of population health initiatives tailored to the needs of communities in Bali.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to ensure seamless integration of care programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs using data-driven metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations to expand healthcare access and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders on program progress and outcomes.
- Identify emerging health trends and propose innovative solutions to address community health challenges.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and ethical guidelines in all initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in population health, healthcare management, or integrated care systems.
- Proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret health data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional local language proficiency is advantageous).
- Experience working in multicultural environments and with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and healthcare management software.
