Responsibility
- Coordinate clinic schedules and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Track and update patient records, billing, and other healthcare data using Excel and other tools.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies as needed.
- Create and edit healthcare-related content, such as patient guides, FAQs, or internal communications.
- Assist with inventory management for clinic supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Australian healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a healthcare support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, clinic operations, or medical administrative tasks is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
