Responsibility

  • Conduct follow-ups with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies as needed.
  • Create and edit healthcare-related content, such as patient guides, FAQs, or internal communications.
  • Assist with inventory management for clinic supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Australian healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a healthcare support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
