Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Vital Sleep’s products and services to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in Bali.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals to ensure proper usage and understanding of sleep solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, clinically accurate promotional materials tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-ups, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards in all business interactions.
  • Represent Vital Sleep at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical sales, medical device sales, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sleep medicine, respiratory care, or related therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant asset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or healthcare environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
