Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide professional advice to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on best practices in medication management and health promotion.
- Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Participate in health campaigns, vaccinations, and community outreach programs to promote public health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Pharmacist License (SIK) in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and digital health tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
