Responsibility
- Conduct thorough pest inspections in residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Bali.
- Implement targeted pest control treatments using approved chemicals, traps, and non-toxic methods.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques, including sanitation, structural repairs, and habitat modification.
- Maintain detailed service records and digital reports for compliance and follow-up visits.
- Provide emergency pest response for urgent infestations (e.g., termites, rodents, or bed bugs).
- Collaborate with team members to develop customized pest management plans for recurring clients.
- Adhere to local and international safety regulations, including PPE usage and chemical handling protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new pest control technologies through company training.
Qualifications
- NEA Pest Control License (or equivalent Indonesian certification) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control or a related field (e.g., agriculture, hygiene services).
- Strong knowledge of common pests in tropical climates (e.g., mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants, termites).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays if required.
- Valid motorcycle/driverâs license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- Physical fitness to handle outdoor work, climb ladders, and carry equipment (up to 20 kg).
