Responsibility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address service requests and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, budget adherence, and service quality.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cleaning operations or facility management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in cleaning and facility management.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs.
- Certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.
