Responsibility
- Conduct precise land surveys using advanced tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones to collect field data.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of land boundaries.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide survey data for construction planning.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and resolve discrepancies in measurements or property lines.
- Perform topographic surveys to identify natural and man-made features for site development.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international surveying standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of subdivision plats, easements, and right-of-way documents.
- Utilize CAD software and GIS tools to create digital survey models and visualizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a Professional Land Surveyor (or equivalent local certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, levels) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with stakeholders and project teams.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of local land laws, property boundaries, and surveying regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
