Responsibility
- Provide expert financial advice and investment recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including portfolio reviews, market trends, and risk assessments to inform client strategies.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies in all client interactions and financial recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, trust-building, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wealth managers, analysts, and compliance officers, to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial products to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Document client interactions, financial plans, and recommendations in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent) are required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
