Responsibility

  • Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify customer identities and documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through transaction processes.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, reconcile daily transactions, and report discrepancies promptly to management.
  • Promote Ria Money Transfer services, including digital solutions, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours and high-volume periods.
  • Follow security protocols to safeguard customer data, cash, and company assets at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management of transaction materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service roles (preferably in financial services or banking).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in transactions.
