Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify customer identities and documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through transaction processes.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, reconcile daily transactions, and report discrepancies promptly to management.
- Promote Ria Money Transfer services, including digital solutions, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours and high-volume periods.
- Follow security protocols to safeguard customer data, cash, and company assets at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management of transaction materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service roles (preferably in financial services or banking).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems, spreadsheets, or transaction software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
