Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and engineering specifications to plan electrical layouts.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or malfunctions.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices like ohmmeter, voltmeter, and oscilloscope.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent electrical failures and extend system lifespan.
- Document all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and test results for compliance and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician (minimum 3 years) in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Valid electrical license or certification recognized in Indonesia (or willingness to obtain local certification).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (e.g., PUIL, SNI), and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
