Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with Indonesian electrical codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts for new constructions or renovations.
- Inspect electrical components (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers) to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in projects.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide emergency electrical support for critical failures in commercial or residential properties.
- Document all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician (minimum 3 years) with a valid Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan (SKK) or equivalent certification in Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols (e.g., PUIL 2011 standards).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including wiring diagrams and building plans.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
