Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential electrical issues before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to Indonesian regulations (PLN standards) and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in detailed reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Provide emergency electrical support as needed, including after-hours and weekend callouts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
- Valid Indonesian Electrical License (Sertifikat Ahli Ketenagalistrikan) or equivalent certification.
- Proven expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing low/medium voltage electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus; basic Indonesian (Bahasa) is required.
