Responsibility
- Supervise and maintain 11kV high-voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with ST/DOSH and local regulations.
- Lead fault diagnosis and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Implement and enforce electrical safety procedures, including lockout-tagout (LOTO) and arc flash protection.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs for audits and management review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, upgrade, or modify electrical systems for improved efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on high-voltage system operations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or system installations.
Qualifications
- Valid Chargeman A4 license (mandatory) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems (11kV).
- Proven expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance for industrial or commercial facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ST/DOSH regulations, Indonesian electrical codes, and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with switchgear, protective relays, transformers, and SCADA systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during system failures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for on-call duties or emergency responses.
