Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive skin analysis and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Administer a range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and hydration therapies using premium products.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic devices such as IPL, radiofrequency, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy with precision and safety.
- Provide non-invasive aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments under clinic protocols.
- Deliver exceptional client care by building trust, educating clients on skin health, and ensuring a luxurious, comfortable experience.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, wellness coaches, and other specialists to integrate holistic care into treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records, track progress, and recommend at-home skincare regimens for long-term results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations through ongoing training and certifications.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and clinic safety in compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Clinic Aesthetician or Licensed Esthetician in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or luxury wellness center.
- Valid aesthetician license or certification recognized in Indonesia (or ability to obtain one).
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic devices (e.g., IPL, laser, radiofrequency, microdermabrasion) and advanced facial treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment protocols for various skin types and concerns (e.g., aging, acne, hyperpigmentation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Passion for client education and holistic wellness, with a commitment to delivering personalized, results-driven care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in multiple clinic locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
