Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology, following standardized procedures.
- Analyze and interpret test results with precision, ensuring accuracy and reliability in diagnostic reporting.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and quality control checks.
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a sterile and secure laboratory environment.
- Document and record all test results, maintaining meticulous and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate laboratory data for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Medical Technologist license (mandatory).
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
