Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams to foster professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in water resource management and infrastructure development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in your respective discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record in infrastructure or water resource projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or other engineering design software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian engineering regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as project demands.
