Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain electrical systems to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to the guidelines set by the Energy Commission of Malaysia.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with broader operational needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), Malaysia.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining low-voltage electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team of technicians.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
