Responsibility
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Certify aircraft airworthiness and ensure compliance with CAAS, CAAM, CAAC, and other relevant aviation authorities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and certifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements in aircraft performance and safety.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft are in optimal condition.
- Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations, technical bulletins, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Valid aircraft engineering license from CAAS, CAAM, CAAC, CAA HK, CAANZ, CASA, UK CAA, or JCAB.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and certification.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali, Indonesia.
