Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses using advanced diagnostic tools to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other non-invasive procedures.
- Assist dermatologists in pre- and post-procedure care for clients undergoing medical treatments (e.g., lasers, injectables).
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product selections, and long-term skin health strategies tailored to their skin type and concerns.
- Maintain meticulous records of client consultations, treatment progress, and product recommendations in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and evidence-based skincare practices through continuous professional development.
- Uphold sterilization, hygiene, and safety standards in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote retail products and packages, ensuring clients achieve optimal results at home.
Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as an Aesthetician, Skin Therapist, or equivalent (local or international recognition preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical, spa, or dermatology setting, with a proven track record in client satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions (acne, aging, hyperpigmentation), and treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in using professional skincare equipment (e.g., HydraFacial, radiofrequency, microneedling devices).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to recommend products and services that align with client goals.
- Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and a client-first approach.
