Responsibility
- Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend personalized skincare regimens and products.
- Administer advanced aesthetic procedures such as LED therapy, dermaplaning, and non-invasive body treatments.
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, product usage, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless client experiences and high satisfaction rates.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and clinic revenue.
Qualifications
- Valid Aesthetician or Cosmetology license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional skincare or spa setting.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of facial and body treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product lines, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with POS systems and client management software is a plus.
