Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, PRP therapy, and thread lifts with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and local regulations for all aesthetic interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and maintain the highest standards of service.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in medical aesthetics through continuous education.
- Maintain detailed patient records and follow up on post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Educate patients on skincare, preventive care, and long-term aesthetic maintenance strategies.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media content or workshops, to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetic Physician (LCP) with valid certification to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical aesthetics, with a proven track record in injectables and laser treatments.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and cosmetic medicine principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and digital patient management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
