Responsibility
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain clinical excellence and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and external stakeholders to foster effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven track record in nursing management, audit processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in nursing care.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and make data-driven decisions.
