Responsibility

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain clinical excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and external stakeholders to foster effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Proven track record in nursing management, audit processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in nursing care.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and make data-driven decisions.
