Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages.
- Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and other assistive listening devices using the latest technology.
- Provide personalized rehabilitation programs, including auditory training and counseling for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on hearing conservation, ear protection, and the proper use of hearing devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in audiology and integrate new technologies into patient care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health and prevention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Audiology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as an Audiologist (e.g., CCC-A, FAAA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in audiology, with a preference for candidates with senior-level experience.
- Proficiency in conducting hearing tests, fitting hearing aids, and providing rehabilitation services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Experience with audiological software and hearing aid programming tools (e.g., NOAH, Oticon Genie, Phonak Target).
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of audiology.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
