Responsibility
- Oversee and enhance allied health workflows to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize digital health solutions and informatics systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to integrate technology into allied health service delivery.
- Train and support staff in the adoption of new systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational and informatics metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, informatics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of allied health workflows and digital health solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
