Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, occupational therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy and integrate innovative techniques into practice.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health awareness campaigns to promote the benefits of physiotherapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, or clinical supervision.
- Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and electronic health record systems.
