Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying patient information and potential drug interactions.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to patients on proper medication usage, dosage instructions, and potential side effects.
- Recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications, supplements, and wellness products based on individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient adherence to prescribed therapies and follow up on treatment progress when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and auditing pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or expirations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
