Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of healthcare centers across Bali, ensuring compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand community healthcare services, improve patient outcomes, and enhance service accessibility.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and healthcare partners to foster collaboration and trust.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using KPIs, patient feedback, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for community health initiatives, including preventive care, health education, and outreach programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ethical standards in all healthcare practices and facility operations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA in Healthcare Management) are a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Centre Director, Clinic Manager).
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of community healthcare models, public health policies, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to build partnerships with local and international entities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive financial sustainability in healthcare settings.
- Passion for community service and a commitment to improving healthcare access and quality in underserved areas.
