Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and dispensing medications, to ensure optimal availability and cost control.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care, including patient consultations, medication reviews, and health advice.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure the implementation of digital healthcare services, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; must be a Licensed Pharmacist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, sales, and operational costs efficiently.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and digital healthcare tools.
