Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, registration, and record-keeping.
- Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient flow to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Provide basic patient care support, including escorting patients and assisting with mobility when needed.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information.
- Monitor and order clinic supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and administrative software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA or local patient confidentiality regulations is a plus.
