Responsibility
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, radiofrequency) under medical supervision.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art aesthetic equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist dermatologists or medical practitioners in non-surgical procedures (e.g., injectables, PRP therapy).
- Provide post-treatment care advice and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product usage.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.
- Uphold clinic cleanliness, sterilization standards, and inventory management for treatment supplies.
Qualifications
- Certification in Aesthetic Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or local Indonesian licenses).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic clinic, spa, or dermatology setting.
- Proficient in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Hands-on experience with laser machines, IPL, HIFU, or other cosmetic devices.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, common conditions (acne, pigmentation, aging), and treatment contraindications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and loyalty.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations for aesthetic practices (preferred).
