Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees, including blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate medical records.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and preventive care.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and hygiene practices to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Manage and restock first aid kits and medical supplies across all office locations.
- Assist in workplace accident investigations and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive medical information.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation assistance may be provided).
