Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Perform non-surgical procedures, including Botox, fillers, PRP, and thread lifts with precision and care.
- Operate advanced aesthetic devices (e.g., lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound) for skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and hair removal.
- Monitor patient progress and provide post-treatment follow-ups to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on skincare, aftercare, and long-term maintenance to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinic protocols for compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Indonesian medical license (SIP) and specialization in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetic surgery (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables and device-based treatments.
- Proven expertise in facial anatomy, injection techniques, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
