Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for regulatory compliance within the construction industry? We are seeking a dedicated License and Permit Specialist to join our team in Alabang. You will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to facilitate the smooth acquisition of essential permits, including building permits, occupancy permits, and various environmental clearances. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end processing of building permits, barangay clearances, and occupancy permits.
- Coordinate with local government units (LGU) and relevant agencies to ensure timely submission and approval of applications.
- Monitor and track the status of all pending permits to prevent project delays.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all project-related documentation and legal credentials.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding permit status and regulatory compliance updates for management.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors to gather necessary technical blueprints and supporting documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in permit processing or regulatory affairs within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and local LGU regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective negotiation with government offices.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with local authorities and project stakeholders.
