Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all government-related processes for motorcycle registrations, permits, licenses, and vehicle documentation in compliance with LTO regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HRTx Inc and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all paperwork.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline bureaucratic processes and reduce turnaround times for clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national regulations related to vehicle documentation and permits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for government submissions.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation, working closely with government officials to expedite resolutions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of government-related processes, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in government policies, regulations, and procedures affecting vehicle documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs, or administrative coordination, preferably in the transportation or automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of LTO processes, including motorcycle registration, permits, and licensing.
- Proven ability to navigate bureaucratic systems and build effective relationships with government officials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.
