As a Liaison Officer, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and government entities, ensuring all documentation is accurate, submitted on time, and processed efficiently. Responsibility
- Coordinate with the LTO and other government agencies to process motor vehicle registration, ownership transfers, and related documentation.
- Verify and prepare all required documents for submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their applications.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, submissions, and correspondences with government offices.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues that may arise during the registration or transfer process.
- Stay updated on changes in LTO policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar liaison or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of LTO processes, motor vehicle registration, and ownership transfer procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with government officials and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data entry tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian government regulations related to vehicle registration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
