Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using our digital booking system.
- Coordinate with wellness practitioners, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of all personal and health-related information.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., brochures, forms, refreshments).
- Assist in promoting wellness programs, packages, and memberships to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with booking/CRM software.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and occasional evenings, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or hospitality is advantageous.
