Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the safe and timely transportation of staff, materials, and documents to designated locations across Bali.
- Act as the primary point of contact between logistics teams, drivers, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- Monitor delivery progress, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Resolve logistical challenges, such as delays or route changes, by implementing effective solutions and communicating adjustments to relevant parties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, receipts, and incident reports.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and materials to ensure they meet safety and quality standards before transportation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar coordination role, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, GPS tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and coordination.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in logistics management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driverâs license and familiarity with navigating routes across Bali (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
