Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for landscaping and paving projects.
- Assist in tendering processes, including preparing bid documents and evaluating contractor proposals.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments to vendors and contractors.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction or landscaping projects is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
