Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff and departments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business materials.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations and resolve inquiries.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operational readiness.
  • Support special projects and initiatives by providing administrative assistance and tracking progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Liaison Officer, or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment with a customer-centric approach.
