Responsibility
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance, security, and application management.
- Administer and optimize Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity protection.
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and resolve service incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and configuring Azure AD, Intune, and M365 services.
- Strong understanding of device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Intune.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) and cloud security principles.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-100/101), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
