Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems for client companies.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving escalated helpdesk tickets with efficiency and expertise.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance reliability and speed.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices, including patch management, access controls, and data protection.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Train end-users and junior support staff on system usage, troubleshooting, and IT policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
