Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal teams, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage and organize legal files, case documents, and client records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and directing them to the appropriate legal personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, contracts, and other legal documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal and client information.
  • Liaise with external parties such as courts, government agencies, and other law firms to facilitate smooth legal processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
