Responsibility
- Monitor and manage two official corporate email accounts daily, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
- Screen, prioritize, and forward investor-related emails to the legal team, customer service, and management as per instructions.
- Prepare and distribute legal correspondence, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Maintain confidential investor communication records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
- Coordinate with the legal team to track deadlines for submissions, filings, and investor updates.
- Assist in drafting routine legal documents and proofreading for clarity and compliance.
- Liaise with external parties, such as law firms or notaries, to facilitate document processing.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, conference calls, and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or in a similar administrative role within a legal or corporate environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with legal documentation software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract management, or real estate legal processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
