Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, review, and update legal documents, including contracts, policies, and corporate charters.
- Analyze legislative changes and assess their impact on organizational operations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop compliance strategies and risk management protocols.
- Prepare legal reports, memoranda, and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to local, national, and international legal standards.
- Provide legal support in disputes, arbitrations, or litigation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field (LLB/JD preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal research, corporate law, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian or Philippine legal systems is a plus.
