Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Maintain and organize all corporate legal documents, ensuring easy retrieval and up-to-date records.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including licenses, permits, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry regulations that may impact the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and government authorities as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all legal documents and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree or additional certifications in corporate law is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Associate or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
