Responsibility
- Manage land administration, including title verification, acquisition, and lease agreements in compliance with Indonesian law.
- Oversee licensing and permitting processes for mining, land use, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and maintain positive community relations through transparent communication and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local leaders, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence and smooth project execution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements related to land, partnerships, and corporate operations.
- Monitor changes in land and mining regulations and advise management on compliance strategies.
- Conduct due diligence for land transactions and resolve disputes through mediation or legal channels.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on legal and community engagement progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hukum) or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land legal, corporate law, or community relations, preferably in mining, energy, or natural resources.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian land law, mining regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with government licensing processes and experience liaising with local authorities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., Advocate License) is highly advantageous.
