Responsibility
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure alignment on legal requirements and company initiatives.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars for legal staff, and prepare documentation for meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal review and board meetings.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and legal information at all times.
- Monitor deadlines for filings and renewals, providing timely reminders to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- High level of integrity, professional discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience within the real estate or property development industry is a distinct advantage.
